01. What services do you offer?
I offer both photography and videography for weddings, engagements, couples, maternity, newborns, children, families, and senior portraits. I also create highlight films and full-length videos for weddings and special events.
02. Where are you located and do you travel?
I’m based in West Virginia and serve clients throughout WV, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. I’m always happy to travel for your special day—just let me know where and we’ll make it happen!
03. How far in advance should I book?
For weddings, I recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance to secure your date. For portrait sessions, 4–8 weeks is ideal.
04. Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is typically due before the session or event.
05. When will we receive our photos and videos?
For portrait sessions, turnaround time is usually 1–2 weeks. For weddings, galleries and videos are typically delivered within 3-4 months.
06. How will we receive our photos or videos?
You’ll receive a private online gallery with high-resolution downloads. Wedding videos are delivered via a downloadable link and/or USB, depending on your package.
07. Can we print our photos?
Yes! Once you receive your private gallery, you’ll have the option to order professional-quality prints directly from the gallery for your convenience.
08. Do you help with posing? We’re awkward in front of the camera!
100%! Most of my clients say the same thing. I’ll guide you with natural prompts and poses so you feel relaxed, confident, and like your true self.
09. What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
If the weather is bad and there’s no suitable indoor or alternative option, we’ll reschedule your session for another available date. Your comfort and the quality of your photos matter most.
10. Do you offer sneak peeks?
Yes! , I usually share sneak peeks within a few days to get you excited while I finish the full gallery.
